Kristin Cossette has spent the last 22 years growing and forwarding her professional career in and around management of operations for financial services organizations and advisors. Her extensive experience working hands-on in the client services side of the industry has provided an extensive amount of value and confidence to everyone who Kristin encounters.
Kristin has spent much of her career running her father, Jim Kidwell’s, organization. As the backbone of this highly successful practice, Kristin is known as the person who will get issues resolved and keep operations moving smoothly.
Kristin did a short stint with Katy ISD in an administrative role prior to joining IPFS Planning. Kristin is super excited to be part of the IPFS team as her position as Director of Operations, that gives her the ability to customize and focus her career and grow in the directions that she is most uniquely qualified as well as she most desires. An exciting addition to this position will be being able to also service households that are familiar to her long past as her father, Jim Kidwell, comes out of retirement and also will have the opportunity to work with many of the clients of her past as he joins the organization.
Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, and two kids Cody and Taylor. She grew up and still resides in Katy, Texas. She and her husband also own a pizza restaurant, which has been quite an adventure. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, doing crafts with her daughter, and cooking.
